Katie's sheep club raised money for new gates this year. With lots of help from our friends and family, they met at least 1/2 the goal. The fairboard loaned the other 1/2 and the club is waiting on the results of a grant. If they do not get the grant, it will mean more fundraising. The gates were very nice for both the safety of the sheep and the people visiting the fairgrounds.
I took Addie, Katie, Stephanie to the midway for the free 4-H rides. A few of her friends also joined us. It was HOT! The girls had a great time. We ended the week with the auction. Another fair week in the history books!

Jason wanted to take his uncle's Case tractor (we inherited it) to the fair, but it was not exactly in running order, so he opted to join the Antique Machinery Club and take his Cub Cadet instead. It actually wasn't the rustiest machinery there! He had fun talking with other members.
