Ludington 2016

Our family took our annual trip to Ludington.  I'm sure Megan will have lots more photos.  Baby Rose made her first trip to Ludington and was a hit with all her cousins.  The kids enjoyed swimming, fishing, boating, tubing (Katie tried skiing), playing on the playground, visiting the Children's Museum, the beach, shopping, and of course a trip to Flavors for ice cream.  It was a little warm this year which may have contributed to the lack of fish caught, but it was still a good time with family making memories.

FUN AT THE PLAYGROUND

SANDCASTLES CHILDREN'S MUSEUM - ALWAYS A FAVORITE!

MY FAVORITE - SLOW BOAT RIDE TO LOOK AT ALL THE HOMES ON THE LAKE

On the way home, we stopped to pick blueberries.  The girls had never done it and our local place was closed when we went.  They had a good time and Katie bought her own blueberry bush (hopefully we can keep it alive!)

If you noticed...Katie chopped off her hair.  She has been asking me for a long time, but she got some paint in it on the trip and we took her to the salon in Ludington.  We love it - but Daddy says she looks too grown up.
